GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Knight v. Samuel, et al., 447 So.2d 587 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs are assessed to plaintiff-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
