For the reasons assigned this date in Faustina Pipe Line Company v. Broussard, 450 So.2d 17 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1984) (our docket number 83-597, with which this instant case was consolidated on appeal), the decision of the trial court is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appellant.
