For the reasons assigned in the matter entitled State of Louisiana v. Henry C. Horne, 457 So.2d 893 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), our Docket Number CR83-621, the conviction and sentence imposed are affirmed.

CONVICTION AND SENTENCE AFFIRMED.
