Opinion of the Court
For the reasons assigned in the case of Woodson Construction Company, Inc. v. R.L. Abshire Construction Company, Inc., 459 So.2d 566 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), the judgment rendered is a nullity. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the plaintiff’s suit is hereby dismissed. Abshire, plaintiff-appellee, is to pay the costs of the trial court and for this appeal.
REVERSED AND RENDERED.
