GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in the consolidated matter of State of Louisiana v. Price, 461 So.2d 503 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the defendant’s conviction and sentence are reversed and the ease is remanded to the district court for proceedings consistent with the views expressed therein.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
