DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons stated in Patin v. Patin, 462 So.2d 1356 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), handed down this date, the judgment of the trial court is hereby affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against appellant, Gayle Younce Patin.

AFFIRMED.
