For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Dubois v. State of Louisiana Through Department of Public Safety et al., 466 So.2d 1381 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1985), wherein a separate decision is rendered this day, the judgment is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant, State of Louisiana Through Department of Public Safety, et al.
