For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Succession of John Henry Miller, Jr. v. Lucy Sondra Moss, 479 So.2d 1035 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1983), rendered this day, the judgment appealed is AFFIRMED in accordance with the views expressed in the companion case.
