For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of J. Monroe Combs v. Bobby Howard & Professional Consultants, Inc., 481 So.2d 179 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1985), rendered this day, the judgment appealed is Affirmed in Part, Reversed in Part, and Rendered in accordance with the views expressed in the companion case.
