LABORDE, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in the companion case of State Mutual Life Assurance Company of America, 487 So.2d 455 (La. App. 3rd Cir. 1986), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are taxed to the appellant.
