The trial court’s judgment rendered on November 20, 1986 finding the selection of uninsured motorists limits of the policy of insurance issued by Insured Lloyds Insurance Company in favor of D & B Trailer Rentals, is not in conformance with the Code of Civil Procedure Articles 966 and *11891915(A)(3) or (5). Strauss v. Rivers, 501 So.2d 876 (La.App. 5th Cir. 1987). IT IS NOW ORDERED that the judgment be vacated and set aside, and the case be remanded for further proceedings.
