For the reasons stated in the companion case of In The Matter of Phillips v. Hamilton Medical Group, et al, 507 So.2d 277 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1987) in which a separate opinion has been rendered by us on this date, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to Victoria A. Phillips.
