This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with a companion suit, Coury v. Coury Moss, Inc. & William J. Moss, 510 So.2d 1316 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1987), also decided on this date.

For reasons , assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant suit is reversed and remanded. Costs of this appeal are taxed to William J. Moss.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
