DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in the matter entitled Liberty Mutual Insurance Company v. James Hemphill, et al., 510 So.2d 1386 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1987), in which a separate decision is being rendered this day, the judgment of the district court, in favor of the plaintiffs, is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, the defendant-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
