KNOLL, Judge.

For the reasons stated in the companion case of State of Louisiana v. Battista, 517 So.2d 1096 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1987), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the defendant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
