For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Woodstock Enterprises, Inc. v. International Moorings & Marine, Inc., 524 So.2d 1313 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1988), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Plaintiff-appellant is to pay all costs of this appeal.
