For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of State of Louisiana v. Denny Joe Fontenot, 532 So.2d 412 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), our Docket Number CR88-173, rendered this day, the judgment appealed is affirmed in accordance with the views expressed in the companion case.

AFFIRMED.
