For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Board of Commissioners of the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District v. Adam Percle, 535 So.2d 1240 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1988), rendered this day, the judgment appealed from is AFFIRMED in accordance with the views expressed in the companion case.
