DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in the matter entitled Unis v. JTS Constructors/Managers, Inc., 541 So.2d 278 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1989), in which a separate decision is being rendered this day, the judgment of the District Court is affirmed.

*285All costs of this appeal are assessed against JTS Constructors/Managers, Inc.
