ARMSTRONG, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in our opinion issued this date in Lemoine v. Herrmann, 559 So.2d 898 (La.App. 4th Cir. 1990), we affirm the judgment of the trial court *916granting State Farm’s motion for summary-judgment.

AFFIRMED.
