For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case entitled Gauthier v. Goux, 579 So.2d 1234 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1991), our Docket Number 89-983, rendered this day, the judgment appealed is affirmed, in accordance with the views expressed in the companion case.

AFFIRMED.
