For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Williams v. Hattan, 594 So.2d 977 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1992), rendered this day, the judgment appealed is RE*981VERSED AND REMANDED in accordance with the views expressed in the companion appeal.
