For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Taylor v. Harmon, 594 So.2d 990 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1992), (# 90-763 on the docket of this Court), rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiffs-appellants, Richard Taylor, Jr. and Frederick Prejean, Jr.

AFFIRMED.
