For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Arceneaux v. Lyon Flying Service, Inc., 594 So.2d 1001 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1992), Number 90-767 on the docket of this Court, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiffs in equal proportions.
