STOKER, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the opinion in Romero v. Grey Wolf Dwelling Co., et al, 594 So.2d 1008 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1992), our docket number 90-884, the judgment of the trial court in this case dated July 25, 1990, is affirmed.

The costs of the appeal are provided in our opinion in docket number 90-884.
