STOKER, Judge.

This is a companion suit to St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. v. Smith,. 596 So.2d 272 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1992). For the reasons given in that case, the judgment of the trial court is reversed. For the judgment rendered and assignment of costs of appeal, see the companion suit.

REVERSED and RENDERED.
