For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Keele v. Stakes, 608 So.2d 1041 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1992), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appellant, Dorman E. Keele.
