WOODARD, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Budget Rent A Car of New Orleans v. Gradnigo, 611 So.2d 147 (La. App. 3 Cir. 1992), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at the cost of defendants-appellants, Budget Rent A Car of New Orleans and Wendel Butler.

AFFIRMED.
