LABORDE, Judge.

For the reasons stated in the companion case of Charles v. LeBlanc, 93-871 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1994); 633 So.2d 866, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

All costs of this appeal are assessed to appellant, Essex Insurance Company.
