For the reasons stated in the companion case of Threats v. Derousselle, 636 So.2d 276 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1994), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

*282Ail costs of this appeal are assessed to Louisiana Indemnity.

AFFIRMED.
