For the reasons assigned in State v. Hamilton Green, 94-617, 647 So.2d 536 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1994), the defendant’s convictions and sentences are affirmed and the case is remanded with the instructions outlined in that opinion.

AFFIRMED; REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
