For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Preis v. Preis, 649 So.2d 593 (Our Docket No. 94-442) (La.App. 3d Cir. 1994), the judgment of the trial court is amended affirmed, costs of the appeal are assessed to Edwin G. Preis, Jr.

AMENDED AND AFFIRMED.
