For the reasons assigned in Leyva v. Iberia General Hospital, et al, 93-768 (La.App. 3 Cir. 5/24/95),-So.2d-, the judgment 0f the trial court is reversed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Dr. G.D. Sagrera, M.D.
