For the reasons assigned in the companion ease of Sheila Miller v. Evangeline Parish Police Jury, 95-566 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/11/95), 663 So.2d 398, we affirm the judgment of the trial court. Costs of this appeal are assessed to the defendant, Evangeline Parish Police Jury.
