For the reasons assigned in Shirley Weldon Lingo v. Clara Mae Courmier, et al., 95-542 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/2/95), — So.2d —[1995 WL 640713], the appeal of Succession of Gervis Turman Weldon is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
