Opinion of the Court

SULLIVAN, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Dauzat v. Trinity Universal Insurance Company of Kansas, 95-1235 (La.App. *7923 Cir. 3/6/96), — So.2d -, the judgment of the trial court is reversed. We remand the suit to the trial court.

All costs are assessed to plaintiffs, Rodney and Ashley Dauzat.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
