FOGG, Judge.

By this appeal, Insurance Company of North Americe appeals an award of damages rendered against it. For the reasons assigned in the case of Dwpre v. Maynard, 95-1183 (La.App. 1 Cir. 3/27/97); 692 So.2d 36, rendered this day, the judgment appealed is reversed in accordance with the views expressed in that case. Costs are assessed against the appellees.

REVERSED.
