For the foregoing reasons given in the companion case hereto rendered this date under the caption 96-1548 Gautreau v. Gautreau, (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/18/97); 697 So.2d 1339, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded. Costs of this appeal are to be assessed to the defendant.

AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED.
