For the reasons discussed in the consolidated ease of Martin v. Provencher, 97-1648 (La.App. 3 Cir. 5/6/98); 718 So.2d 975, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. *984Costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiff, Raymond Darson. ■
