The Request for Clarification is granted. The stay order applies to all judicial proceedings, including discovery or acts that are prohibited or mandated by the trial court which specifically relate to the contempt pro*370ceedings. The amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of The Lafreniere Park Foundation to comply with La.R.S. 12:204.1 does not fall within the stay order as this does not relate to the contempt judgment.
