For the reasons stated in the consolidated case rendered this date under the caption number 98-1615, Succession of Joyce Dove Hearn Champion (La.App. 3 Cir. 4/21/99); 733 So.2d 689, the judgment of the trial court .is reversed. Costs of this appeal are to be assessed to the appellee.
