For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Tamira Antoine v. McDonald’s Restaurant, 98-1736 (La.App. 3 Cir. 5/5/99); 734 So.2d 1257, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of appeal to be assessed to appellants.

AFFIRMED.
