THIBODEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Anthony Joseph Weldon v. Shirley Ann Weldon, 98-1173 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/3/99); 737 So.2d 812, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to the appellant, Anthony Joseph Weldon.

AFFIRMED.
