WOODARD, Judge.

For the reasons found in the companion case rendered this date under the caption number CR98-1433, State of Louisiana v. William P. Walton, Jr., (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/24/99); 738 So.2d 36, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are to be assessed to the defendant.

AFFIRMED.
