Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In light of the Louisiana Supreme Court’s decision in Al Johnson Construction Company, et al. v. Pitre, 98-2564 (La.5/18/99); 734 So.2d 623 overruling its prior decision in Garrett v. Seventh Ward General Hosp., 95-0017 (La.9/22/95); 660 So.2d 841, we reverse the judgment rendered by the Workers’ Compensation Judge and remand this case solely for hearing and ruling on the employer’s re*586verse offset claim under La.R.S. 23:1225(A).

Reversed and Remanded.
