For reasons discussed in Jimmy Shay Richard v. Mike Hooks, Inc., 99-1631 (La.App.3 Cir. 10/4/00); 772 So.2d 148, the judgment in this matter is affirmed. All costs of this proceeding are assessed against the defendant, Mike Hooks, Inc.

AFFIRMED.
