SAUNDERS, J.

For reasons discussed in Cecil Lee Taylor, et al. v. Dr. J. Lane Sauls, 99-1436 (La.App.3 Cir. 09/06/00); 772 So.2d 686, the judgement in this matter is affirmed. All costs of this proceeding are assessed against the defendant, Dr. J. Lane Sauls.
