SULLIVAN, Judge.

The judgment of the trial court is affirmed for the reasons assigned in Burnett v. Essex Ins. Co., 00-809 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/2/00); 773 So.2d 786. All costs of this appeal are assessed to Cheryl and Stonewall Burnett.

AFFIRMED.
