The judgment of the trial court is reversed in part, affirmed in part, and rendered for the reasons assigned in Edwards v. Daugherty, 00-606 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/14/00); 769 So.2d 611. All costs of this appeal are assessed one-half to Sphere Drake and one-half to Plaintiffs.
