PICKETT, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Soloco, Inc. v. Dupree, et al., 00-1361 (La.App. 3 Cir. 02/28/01), 780 So.2d 623, in which a separate decision has been rendered, the judgment of the trial court has been reversed and this case remanded to the trial court. Costs are assessed against the Julius W. Jay Dupree.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
